He has a vast experience of handling corporate affairs in different areas for over a two decades. He has rich experience in the Banking Sector in conducting Statutory Audit, Internal Audits, Stock Audits and Revenue Audits.

CA.Vinod Kumar.B.S has worked with professionally managed organizations at the decision making level. He has been conducting Statutory & Tax audit, Internal audit of large & medium scale Limited Companies, Carrying out Bank Audits and providing advisory services in the field of Income Tax, GST, Law matters, and Income Tax Representations, etc., He has experience of over two decades.

CA Venkatesh.K.G is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2009. After completing articleship in R V S & Co joined as partner. His core area is into Audit and Advisory Services to Corporates and Firms alike. He is heading the Internal Audits, Tax Audits, Income Tax & GST Matters, Book Keeping and Accounting, Payroll and ROC Compliances.

Kousik Bachu practices and is in charge of consulting and advisory support services, complete business solution services for Startup's which includes streamlining and setting up the process, plays a vital role in execution of business model and revenue model in compliance with applicable laws, internal controls and handling Financial Due Diligence. Actively involved in advising and representing before GST Authorities.
